TUBA, BENGUET – Philex Mining Corporation, one of the oldest and largest gold and copper producers in Southeast Asia and a leader in right and principled mining, recently turned over P55.59-M worth of infrastructure projects to this town’s Barangay Camp 3 and four other outlying communities. Officers of the company’s Padcal mine, led by Engr. Roy Mangali, Assistant Vice-President and Assistant Resident Manager, turned over the projects to local government officials led by Tuba councilors Jerome Palaoag (2nd, right) and Tita Bugtong (center). These projects form part of the company’s 2017 budget as well as carried-over unspent funds for social and community development.
